We accept returns and exchanges of unused items with tags on within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure to include proof of purchase and your name, address, and phone number with your return or exchange. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The Spike Spirit team ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding carrier holidays. Orders placed weekdays, Monday through Friday, prior to noon CST, ship within 48 hours with the majority of orders shipped the same day. Weekend orders are processed the following Monday.
